Ideal Auto was great. As buying from out of state I was terrified.AJ was great with communication, sent videos, pictures, took the truck to a third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspections, honest about concerns. He was so patient and kind with all of my pestering. When we showed up after driving for a day they had the truck ready and the paperwork took maybe 15 minutes. Amazing pain free experience!

Josh was awesome! Drove all the way from Minneapolis, and the whole team made sure I was taken care of. The car was clean and the purchase process was smooth! He sent videos and pointed out all minor cosmetic damages like any nicks or scratches up front. This led to no shady surprises upon arrival (like other small dealerships can have). Working on purchasing a car. The salesman is really helpful in suggestions to be able to qualify for the loan. Hopping the car I want is still available when all the paperwork with a co-signer is done & submitted. Won't have a problem paying for the car, just credit scores aren't great right now. But they do work with you as best as they can.

We were in an unexpected hurry to have to buy a vehicle, it had been a rough morning. AJ, Mike, and Amanda were all extremely helpful and understanding and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for your next vehicle. We did not end up purchasing on the day we were there due to finding exactly what we wanted elsewhere (completely by chance), but we will DEFINITELY be going back when we're looking next time and you should too!

Don spent a lot of time with me looking for the right used vehicle for my granddaughter. Between Don and AJ, they printed out car faxes, answered questions, and made sure the cars we wanted to drive were brought over to the lot for a test drive. The financing portion of the process was quick and painless. Mike got us in and out as fast as possible without skipping a beat in explaining all the numbers.

I purchased a used vehicle that had a distinctive burned smell within months. 3 months later I had the car checked out, and found out that there was a leak in the gasket; ie: water and coolant was found in the oil reservoir if my memory is correct.
